Information for Parents
- All personal items belonging to your child should be labeled.
- Please inform nursery worker if your child is being potty trained
- The nursery department uses the time-our method for discipline

For the protection of your child, parents are requested not to bring a child in the nursery who
appears to be ill.Children who have had the following symptoms with in the last twenty four hours
should not be brought to the nursery:
- Fever
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Green or cloudy runny nose
- Symptoms of childhood disease (Mumps, Chicken Pox, or Measles)
SECURITY
The purpose of the security card is for the safety of your child and to locate you during a worship service, if necessary.
You will be issued one security card per child at the time of sign-in.
POLICIES FOR SECURITY PROGRAM
- A parent/guardian is responsible for bringing their children to the nursery and picking them up after the service. Siblings are not allowed to do this.
- A parent/guardian should help in completing all information on the sign-in sheet and labels (Name, I.D number, ect...)
- After signing in, you will receive an identification card. On the bottom of the card is a three digit number. This number will be used to locate you, if necessary, during the worship service by putting the number on display screens in the sanctuary. If your number is shown, please come to the nursery as soon as possible.
- The security card MUST be presented and turned in at the door before the worker is allowed to release a child.
- We ask all parents to be prompt in picking up your child immediately following the service or event.
